This is the soap that started mine.

First Bloom is a hand-milled Van Crafted Soap made with a creamy coconut milk base for a rich, silky lather that leaves skin feeling soft, comforted, and cared for. Ground chamomile is blended throughout the bar while pure lavender essential oil creates a naturally calming aroma. Each bar is finished with real lavender buds, making every one as beautiful as the wildflowers that inspired its name.

Originally created as my very first adult soap after making Sleepy Baby for children, this bar has become a reminder that healing doesn't always happen all at once. Sometimes it begins quietly—with one small step, one deep breath, one first bloom.

Made slowly in small batches from inside my van apothecary, because the best things rarely come from rushing.

How to Use

A Note From Nurse TLC

First Bloom has always held a special place in my heart.

After creating Sleepy Baby for little ones, this was the very first soap I designed for adults. It was originally called Stress Less, but over time I realized this bar represented something even more meaningful than stress relief.

It represented new beginnings.

Living with chronic illness has taught me that healing often comes in seasons. Sometimes progress isn't dramatic—it looks more like the first flower after a long winter. Small. Quiet. Hopeful.

That's what this bar reminds me of every time I make it.
