Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Healing On Wheels Apothecary! Every product is handcrafted in small batches by Nurse TLC aboard the Healing On Wheels Apothecary or in the Base Camp Apothecary Studio, so please allow a little extra time for your order to be prepared with care.

Processing Time Standard orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During high-demand periods or new collection launches, processing may take up to 7 business days. For custom orders please allow 2 weeks.

Shipping Time Once shipped, domestic orders generally arrive within 5–7 business days via USPS.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at rn.nursetlc@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.
