Please read before placing your order — this helps ensure you love your bars!
- All soaps are hand-milled in small batches and made to order. No two bars are identical — there will be white soap specks throughout. This is normal and part of the hand-milling process. Slight variations in color, texture, and botanical placement are part of the handmade charm.
- Scent note — natural essential oils can smell different in the finished bar vs. in the bottle; Scent strength may vary slightly once the bar has cured — this is normal for essential oil blends.
- 🧼 Caring for Your Bars Keep unused bars in a cool, dry place until you're ready to enjoy them. For the bar you're currently using, your included wooden soap rest is your best friend — elevating the bar allows it to dry between uses, which significantly extends its life. The drier the bar, the longer it lasts!

All bars are made with natural, skin-loving ingredients and are free from harsh sulfates and synthetic preservatives. 🌿
Batch Windows & Order Limits 📅
Custom bars are made in small rolling batches — never rushed, always hand-milled to order. Orders are limited to 5 per batch window. If this listing is live, there's still room in the current batch. When the window is full, the listing comes down until orders are filled and the next batch opens.

Shipping & Turnaround 📦
Processing time: Please allow 2–3 weeks for your custom bars to be hand-milled, cured, packaged, and shipped with care. This is not an overnight product — good soap takes time. 🌿
Shipping: Orders ship via USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Expedited shipping is not available for custom soap orders due to the handmade nature of the product.

Returns & Custom Orders 🔁
We do not accept returns on custom soap orders. Every bar is hand-milled in small batches specifically for your order — this takes significant time, care, and ingredients that cannot be reused once a batch is made.
✨ A note on appearance: Because every bar is made with your unique combination of ingredients, the color, texture, and finish of your soap may vary from what you imagined. Natural botanicals, clays, and powders can create beautiful — and sometimes surprising — results! We encourage you to use your bars and experience them on your skin. Most customers find that once they feel how luxurious and nourishing their custom bars are, the look becomes the least of their concerns. 🌿
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
